BLOGGER MOBILE WIDGET: HOW TO ADD WIDGET TO BLOGGER MOBILE VIEW

It's been cumbersome for most bloggers who are jealously, wanting to have most of their HTML scripts such as Adverts plugins, social plugins (Twitter and Facebook buttons etc..) to display on the mobile blog view. But since this was not possible initially, it prompted many bloggers of google blog to divert to other blog services like Wordpress.

Well, thanks be to God that google blog has enabled this features. Without so much talk, lets ride on:

This concise  tutorial has been made easy and  simplified with pictures to the least format, for you  to understand without much stress. 

1.   Open your blogger and sign in to your account

2.  Go to Template 

3.  Edit HTML

4.  Jump to widgets

5. choose any of the widget you want to enable on your blog mobile.
   (eg. I chose HTML 1 because i want to enable twitter's "Tweet" button on my mobile blog)

6. search for your own widget. mine is 
   <b:widget id='HTML1' locked='false' title='Like Us' type='HTML'>   

   

7.  Add this  mobile='yes' to your own where you see locked='false' 
  (eg.mine is now replaced like this: <b:widget id='HTML1' locked='false' mobile='yes' title='Like Us' type='HTML'>

8.  save your template......you are good to go

9. preview your blog with a mobile device.

10. Enjoy........!

NOTE:  It is advisable to backup your blog first before any terrific settings. Though you don't have to worry because am always sure of what i say.
            Incase you dont want to/or hide/or disable this mobile widgets, simple type mobile='no' to hide or erase it completely to remove from your mobile blog.
